Crescenza
Crescenza, originating in the North central region of Lombardy, Italy, is a delightfully creamy, soft fresh cheese. Crescenza (meaning “to grow” in Italian) is named for the way the cheese’s flavor expands as it matures. Crescenza is made from 100% rBST free pasteurized whole cow’s milk. In Italy, the traditional time to serve Crescenza is during breakfast, spread on top of a toasted baguete with your favorite fresh jam or lunch with cured meats and a variety of breads.
